Get Started with QueryPie AI Hub Organization Management

Manage your organization’s users, permissions, and security policies systematically through QueryPie AI Hub’s organization management features.

Overview

The organization management console is where you manage the overall operation and security of your organization within AI Hub.
Only organization administrators can access the admin page, where you can build an efficient and secure AI environment.

Key Features

User Management

  • User Invitation: Invite new users to your organization to use AI Hub services.
  • User Management: Remove organization members or manage user status.
  • Admin Permission Management: Assign admin roles to organization members to delegate management authority.

Organization Settings

  • Organization Information Management: Change organization name and manage basic settings.
  • Access Control: Enhanced security ensures only organization administrators can access management functions.

Permission System

Currently, QueryPie AI Hub provides the following permission system:

  • Owner: Highest authority with access to all organization management functions and the ability to close the organization
  • Admin: Authority to access all organization management functions
  • Member: Regular user permissions to use AI Hub services
