Security at QueryPie AI Hub

We prioritize security, data privacy, and compliance when handling customer data.

Data Transmission and Encryption

Secure Data Transmission

All data transmitted between your applications and our service is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption. We implement end-to-end encryption for all API communications with certificate-based authentication and real-time transmission monitoring.

Data Encryption at Rest

Your data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption when stored in our cloud infrastructure. Encryption keys are stored securely with role-based access controls and comprehensive audit logging for all key operations.

Network Security and Monitoring

Our infrastructure uses Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) isolation, DDoS protection, and continuous traffic monitoring. We maintain 24/7 security monitoring with automated threat detection, real-time integrity verification using cryptographic hashes, and immediate incident response procedures.

Built-in MCP Server Security

We support various pre-verified built-in MCP servers including Confluence, Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Discord, and QueryPie. These MCP servers utilize OAuth integration to provide MCP tool functionality only within user-defined scopes, ensuring enhanced security through permission-based access controls.

Compliance and Certifications

Our encryption practices comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. We maintain multiple security certifications and are continuously pursuing additional certifications to ensure the highest security standards.
